We're making some big changes to the Flamborough YMCA to refresh and revitalize your workout. Get ready for all new cardio equipment featuring web-based technology that allows you to access music stations, television, Netflix and Spotify accounts. Members will also be able to track their individual workouts with their individual workouts. Click to see what else is to come!

      Please note that the Fitness Centre will be closed during installation of equipment. Members areinvited to use one of our other YMCA locations during that time.

  Phase 1– March
Queenax functional training unit installation.
 
  Phase 2 – April 26-27
The Fitness Centre will be closed to allow for the installation of new cardio equipment. All new cardio will feature web based technology that will allow you to access music stations, television, Netflix and Spotify accounts. Members will also be able to keep track of their individual workout programs.
 
  Phase 3 – Mid-May
Installation of new free weight, plate loaded, and cable machines. This will require a half day shutdown to remove all existing free weight equipment and install all new pieces. Mirrors will be installed along the full length of the wall to support members with proper lifting technique. Second phase of roof repairs will be completed by this phase.
 
  Phase 4 – Early June
We are creating 3 additional accessible parking spots.
 
  Phase 5 – Mid-June
The interior of the facility will be repainted with new way-finding signage added to meet AODA standards. Two Octane lateral ellipticals will also be included.
