Group Fitness Classes
YMCA Aquafit is a great way to get fitness benefits and improve your circulation without stressing your joints. By pushing against the resistance of water, you can adapt each session to your own level of fitness. Some muscle conditioning may be included in the class with a variety of equipment like water weights, floatation belts, and pool noodles.
Gently stretch and tone your whole body in this well-rounded class. Work at your own pace and maintain your strength while improving your flexibility.
Build stronger muscles, bones, and joints with weight-bearing exercises designed to challenge your strength & balance. You'll use a variety of equipment like dumbbells, barbells, exercise balls, resistance bands in this class for a great toning workout. Great for all levels.
Boot Camp is your full body workout -- cardio and strength conditioning all wrapped in one! Class variations include drills, strength and conditioning movements, work with a partner, and a variety of equipment. Boot Camp is great for all fitness levels.
Cardio Fit offers you variety in one workout including sport conditioning, step, high/low moves and kickboxing. Prepare to sweat! Tone your muscles and build your cardio capacity in this choreographed workout with high impact moves and low impact modifications. Cardio Fit may include a variety of movements from different styles of workouts, such as boxing, step, dance, and sports conditioning. Muscle conditioning or abdominal conditioning may be done at the end of the class using a variety of equipment. Suitable for intermediate to advanced exercisers.
Cycle Fit gets your legs pumping with a high-powered indoor bike class set to energetic music. Working those major muscles in your legs also strengthens your most important muscle: your heart.
We'll take you through an aerobic and anaerobic workout, simulating hills and valleys or timed athletic drills in the indoor cycling class. You control the intensity of the workout by adjusting your own bike, making this a suitable workout for you as an intermediate to advanced exerciser.

CycleFit Express offers the same intensity as a CycleFit class, but provides a condensed workout so you can be in and out in 30 minutes. CycleFit gets your legs pumping with a high-powered indoor bike class set to energetic music. Working those major muscles in your legs also strengthens your most important muscle: your heart.

A gentle exercise class that incorporates both standing balance movements and chair exercises that may require resistance bands and small hand weights. Appropriate for those with chronic conditions and or limited mobility.
When you're short on time but want an effective, full body workout that will leave you breathless, High Intensity Interval Training is your answer. HIIT workouts have been proven to improve your fitness level with a shorter workout. Bursts of cardiovascular and conditioning exercises are coupled with active rest periods. You'll work hard, but at your own intensity level - suitable for all fitness enthusiasts.
A muscle condition class using a barbell and weighted plates. Weights are adjusted during class to provide appropriate resistance for various muscle groups.
Muscles in Motion is a 45 minute total body workout, with constant movement, incorporating cardio and hand weights.

Develop your muscular endurance at your own pace with TRX. This group fitness class delivers a full-body workout by utilizing one's bodyweight and gravity on the TRX Suspension Trainer. TRX will provide you with a fast and effective workout, great for people of all fitness levels.
A gentle, low-impact workout that uses Activator walking poles. Working with walking poles reduces impact on your joints and can improve the strength and coordination of your upper body. A doctor's referral is required.

A YMCA Yoga class will help you relax your mind while gently challenging, stretching, and relaxing your muscles. Zumba® is your ultimate workout dance party featuring easy-to-follow moves coupled with amazing, motivating rhythms. It gives you an interval style workout; fast rhythms to get your heart pumping, combined with slower songs to maintain your heart rate. Great for all levels.
This great class involves 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of core work. A great way to get a full body workout in!
