Child & Youth Programs
Membership That Grows with Your Child. Add a variety of programs onto your child’s membership based on their interests. Programs operate in 8-10 week sessions throughout the year.
Group Fitness Programs
There's strength in numbers at the YMCA. We offer classes for individuals of all fitness abilities and interests. Work at your own pace while a certified YMCA instructor guides you and your group to better health.
Health Management - LiveWell Programs
YMCA LiveWell is a series of supervised exercise and education programs delivered in partnership with Hamilton Health Sciences and McMaster University. LiveWell can help you enhance your health while managing specific chronic health conditions and illnesses.
Looking for greater results, a new challenge or need some motivation? We have the skills and expertise to help you succeed. YMCA Personal Trainers will work one-to-one with you to understand your health history, short and long term health goals and develop a customized plan to get you there.
Sports & Recreation
Join a friendly pick-up game or train to play your sport of choice. The YMCA offers open gym times and adult sports. Join us for basketball, soccer, badminton or racquet sports.
YThrive is an exercise coaching program and is included in your YMCA membership. We'll give you a fitness plan along with the support you need to get started, stay motivated and meet your goals.
