Throughout the year the YMCA Youth of Tomorrow program hosts a series of career exploration workshops, a job fair and a youth conference that support young people as they prepare to enter the workforce and explore options for their future careers. Participants will learn employability skills including networking, resume writing, and interview skills, speak with professionals who work in a variety of different fields and meet prospective employers.
