We’re proud to share that our innovative Cognitive Groove program — a partnership between YMCA Hamilton| Burlington|Brantford and the GERAS Centre for Aging Research — was recently featured in the Toronto Star and Hamilton Spectator.
Cognitive Groove (formerly GERAS Dance) is a music-and-movement-based program designed to support brain health, memory, and joyful aging.
