2024 Community Impact Report: Stories of Resilience, Youth, and Community Wellness
The 2024 Community Impact Report celebrates a year of purpose, compassion, and connection. It’s more than a summary of achievements, it’s a reflection of the lives touched and the stories that shine across our YMCA community.
This year, we saw a young person discover confidence, a senior regain strength, an employee feel truly valued, and families find the support they needed, when they needed it most.
From the launch of Shine On to the powerful momentum of The Y Saves Lives campaign, 2024 showcased the strength of our YMCA Ecosystem, where health, education, employment, housing, and belonging come together to support people at every stage of life.
When crisis struck with the fire at the Men’s Residence, the response from staff, partners, and donors was immediate and inspiring. It reminded us that the YMCA is more than a place, it’s a community that shows up for one another.
Every program, every conversation, and every act of care brings us closer to our vision: a vibrant and healthy community where everyone thrives.
