Join runners and walkers from across Ontario for the 103rd Boxing Day Run, Canada’s second oldest road race — happening right here in Hamilton! This scenic winter classic combines festive energy, community spirit, and a truly historic course.
The 2026 event marks the 103rd running of this storied race. The start and finish lines are located together at King William and Hughson Street North, just three short blocks from the Hamilton Downtown YMCA.

The course runs through downtown streets and along a paved waterfront trail, offering a mix of beauty and challenge for runners of all levels.
Key Times:
- 8:00 AM – Downtown Hamilton YMCA Opens

- 12:00 NOON – Race Start at King William and Hughson Street North
