Our Senior Day Program provides older adults 65+ a chance to socialize and partake in various activities, games, arts and crafts, and gentle exercises while enjoying nature.
These program activities are critical to supporting overall health and wellness, providing a wonderful opportunity for seniors living in the community to have a day out, participate in social programming and connect with peers and the environment.
