The Aquafit Instructor Certification course is designed to certify people to deliver YMCA aquafit classes. The course consists of in class sessions, practice teaching to peers, and self-directed online learning combine with a regularly scheduled aquafit class. This is a hands on course. For in class sessions participants are required to come prepared to move around the classroom and get in the pool.
