YMCA Fitness Coaching will give you three complimentary visits with a YMCA Fitness Coach to get your active lifestyle off to a successful start.

Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination: As of September 22, 2021, the Province of Ontario requires that all individuals* entering a gym facility, present proof of being fully vaccinated at every visit. Fully vaccinated is defined as 14 days after second dose. Proof of vaccination must be presented with government-issued ID. Children under 12 years of age are exempt.

Game on! There are lots of ways to get moving at the Y. Play your favourite sports and games, or try something new. From kids to adults, we’ve got something for everyone.

Adult Sports

Drop in and participate in a pick-up game of basketball, volleyball, soccer or badminton. Watch for"Adult Sports" on the Sports and Recreation schedule. Community Rental

Looking for a place for team training, team-building or to host a meeting? YMCA facilities are available to the community for rent. Please direct inquiries to the Membership Desk at the location where you would like to host an event.

Family Open Gym

Enjoy some open gym time with your family. The space is open and equipment is available for you to use. Borrow our equipment for a mini-soccer game, shoot some hoops, or play a simple game of tag. This is unfacilitated time so the choice is yours. Please be respectful of others so everyone enjoys Family Open Gym.

Child Minding

Infant - 10 years. The childing minding program gives infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school-age children the chance to play together in supervised play while parents/guardians are in the building. Pickle Ball

Pickle-ball is a paddle sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis.
