The Long Walk Home 2025

Where: Laurier Brantford YMCA - Downtown Hamilton YMCA
8 walkers, 2 days, 72 kilometres.
Eight dedicated walkers will each raise $2,500 and walk 72 kilometres through Hamilton, Burlington, and Brantford in support of the Y Saves Lives Campaign.
Specifically, The Long Walk Home will raise $50,000 in funds to support vulnerable men in finding stability, hope, and home through the YMCA Men's Residence. With added support from sponsors, our collective impact will go even further—reminding these men that their journey matters and they’re not walking it alone.
