Hello Camp Families,
We want to acknowledge that these are unusual times. We hope that you and your family are staying safe and taking the necessary precautions as recnded by public health. Although we have made adjustments to our current programming and facility closures, we remain hopeful and are continuing to prepare for our summer camp programs.
The health of our staff, volunteers, participants, and broader community members is our priority, therefore all summer camp registrations will only be available to be completed online via the camp registration portal starting March 23, 8:30am.
Families in receipt of Regional Subsidy are still able to register online and find the instructions for this process here.
For families registering with Helping Hands, Christina Wood will be following up with families about registration if you have not yet heard from her this week.
Please email any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not staffing the camp office as we regularly would, but are committed to responding to all emails and messages as soon as we can.
Admittedly, it feels strange to open camp registration during these unknown times, however we have made a commitment to our families to open next week and want to push forward with positivity as we plan to be here for you and your family in the future.
