Aspire and Achieve - Youth of Tomorrow 2026 Conference
Registration is now open for the Youth of Tomorrow Aspire and Achieve Conference.
This conference will bring together youth, community leaders, and organizations for inspiring talks, skill-building workshops, and networking opportunities. There will also be chances to win prizes and enjoy a complimentary lunch and a keynote speech from three-time Paralympian James Dunn.
The event takes place at the Waterfront Event & Conference Centre 555 Bay Street North, Hamilton.

The Youth of Tomorrow Aspire and Achieve Conference aligns with National Youth Week and features keynote speaker James Dunn and two workshops
About Keynote Speaker James Dunn
James Dunn began playing hockey at age six and at age 11 he was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma a form of bone Cancer.
Following his amputation, he took up Para ice hockey in 2013. A year later he joined the London Blizzard Sledge Hockey Club. In 2016 at age 15 he made the Men’s National Team. At age 17, he was the youngest player in Hockey Canada history to represent the red and white at the Paralympics while at the Winter Games in PyeongChang, South Korea. Dunn was a member of Team Canada at the worlds in 2024, winning gold over their archrivals the United States.
At age 25, he is already a three-time Paralympian and earned another silver medal at the recent Milano Cortina 2026 Paralympic Winter Games.

CONNECT WITH CONFIDENCE: REAL-LIFE NETWORKING

This 1-hour workshop empowers youth with the confidence, practical skills, and proven strategies needed to build meaningful connections with professionals. The youth will learn how to expand their network, communicate their value, and stand out in ways that strengthen their credibility and open doors to future opportunities.
YOUR BRAND MATTERS: HOW TO BUILD A STRONG BRAND
Presented by Vrushin Bhatt
A 1-hour session to help young people build awareness of their brand and learn how to use their brand effectively throughout their career. Young people will learn the essentials of what makes a great personal brand, first impression, professional presence, and elevator pitch.
