H2O Leaders is an aquatic leadership program with a variety of aquatic skill development activities, games and leadership activities.
Prerequisite: Star 4 and up. Participants may complete Star 5 & 6 swim levels during this dedicated pool time.
Work with a trained swim coach to strengthen and improve through stroke correction, technique tips, skills and drills.
This drop-in class is suitable for intermediate recreational swimmers through to competitive level swimmers/triathletes.
Infant - 10 years. The childing minding program gives infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school-age children the chance to play together in supervised play while parents/guardians are in the building.
Single Child Card (8 hours): $30
Family Card - 2 or more children (8 hours): $42

This program offers an environment that is creative and fun, allowing young artists the freedom to explore their own potential. Activities will include arts, crafts, drama and wellness programs. No registration required.
Join us for some family fun in our gym to get your little one moving! We set up a "tumble gym" style with soft mats, incline mats, toys and tricycles/movables. A parent or guardian 16+ must be there to play together with the child.
Youth Action is an exciting cross training program that provides supervised access to the fitness centre including instruction on how to use equipment for youth age 10+. Youth Action includes circuit training, cyclefit and special group activities.
The Youth Hockey League (YHL) is an instructional floor hockey program that encourages skill development and fun for all participants. Floor hockey is a fast-paced, exciting and safe type of indoor hockey. Registration is required.
Enjoy the use of the YMCA gym and equipment during these open periods when facilitated programs are not running. We have great gym facilities and members are welcome to use them.

A gentle, low-impact workout that uses Activator walking poles. Working with walking poles reduces impact on your joints and can improve the strength and coordination of your upper body. A doctor's referral is required.

Stretch is a total body stretching class which includes all major and minor muscle groups, designed to improve overall flexibility and balance. You can expect gentle stretching to enhance a greater range of movement.
Zumba® is your ultimate workout dance party featuring easy-to-follow moves coupled with amazing, motivating rhythms. It gives you an interval style workout; fast rhythms to get your heart pumping, combined with slower songs to maintain your heart rate. Great for all levels.
