A fun, active play program that includes circle time, theme-related craft time and an aquatic activity. YMCA staff supervise the transition from land program to the pool.
Pool options are as follows:
- Preschool 3-5 includes 30 minute swim lesson
- Registration is required.
This program offers an environment that is creative and fun, allowing young artists the freedom to explore their own potential. Activities will include arts, crafts, drama and wellness programs. No registration required.
Enjoy the use of the YMCA gym and equipment during these open periods when facilitated programs are not running. We have great gym facilities and members are welcome to use them.
A full body workout that combines CycleFit drills with BodyFit conditioning. Work your heart and lungs to capacity on the indoor bikes, then work your muscles with a selection of equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands and balls.
Boot Camp is your full body workout -- cardio and strength conditioning all wrapped in one! Class variations include drills, strength and conditioning movements, work with a partner, and a variety of equipment. Boot Camp is great for all fitness levels.
