Calorie Count

As a general rule, most recipes provide the following calories:

  • Breakfast: 300-400 calories
  • Lunch: 400-600 calories
  • Dinner: 400-600 calories
  • Snack: 150-250 calories

This assumes that most people will have multiple snacks a day. Adjust the portions based on your hunger, fullness, and health goals.
