Join Drs. Anthony Levinson and Richard Sztramko as they discuss how lifestyle choices, blood vessel health, other health conditions and drug side effects can impact your cognition. Discover how to enhance or extend your physical mobility and social activity in the future by actively promoting brain health and reducing your risk of developing dementia. Join us for a 40 minute discussion followed by 20 minutes of Q & A.

Registration is required. Sessions run for 6 weeks in a progressive exercise format.

Monday & Wednesday - February 1 - March 10

This fun, mind and body program emphsizes mobility, balance and strength for older adults (ages 60+) through a series of ballroom-type movements. This program provides a mixture of both seated and standing movements that help improve cognitive and mobility impairments. No background in dance is necessary to participate.
Tuesday & Thursday - February 2 - March 11
1:00 - 1:45pm EST

This exercise program helps build strength, balance, flexibility and endurance and reduces the risk of falls. 15 minutes of education followed by 30 minutes of physical activity.
Friday - February 12 - March 23
1:00 - 1:30pm EST

A chair fitness class designed for individuals with chronic joint or bone issues and to optimize health pre-post joint replacement.
