Infant - 10 years. The childing minding program gives infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school-age children the chance to play together in supervised play while parents/guardians are in the building.

Basketball was invented at the YMCA, and it's still going strong here! Come and work on your basketball skills in a team environment and learn new techniques on shooting, passing and dribbling. Play a friendly game of hoops with other participants and use the skills and drills you have learned in practice. Registration is required.
Enjoy the use of the YMCA gym and equipment during these open periods when facilitated programs are not running. We have great gym facilities and members are welcome to use them.
Boot Camp is your full body workout -- cardio and strength conditioning all wrapped in one! Class variations include drills, strength and conditioning movements, work with a partner, and a variety of equipment. Boot Camp is great for all fitness levels.
Calisthenics use your body weight to develop your cardiovascular and muscular condition and improve your balance, agility and flexibility. You get a great work out using little or no equipment beyond a yoga or exercise mat. Suitable for all levels.
Build your strength, flexibility, and develop control through the use of stabilization, alignment and breathing techniques. May include the use of equipment to accelerate the development of core strength and proper body alignment. Suitable for all levels.
A gentle, low-impact workout that uses Activator walking poles. Working with walking poles reduces impact on your joints and can improve the strength and coordination of your upper body. A doctor's referral is required.
Zumba® is your ultimate workout dance party featuring easy-to-follow moves coupled with amazing, motivating rhythms. It gives you an interval style workout; fast rhythms to get your heart pumping, combined with slower songs to maintain your heart rate. Great for all levels.
A muscle condition class using a barbell and weighted plates. Weights are adjusted during class to provide appropriate resistance for various muscle groups.
Drop in and participate in a pick-up game of basketball, volleyball, soccer or badminton. Watch for "Adult Sports" on the Sports and Recreation schedule. The featured sport for that time period will also be listed.

Public lane swims are open to members and non-members age 13+.
Swimming is a great way to enhance and maintain cardiovascular health and an activity that can be enjoyed throughout your life.
Lane swims are reserved for members only.
Rehabilitative exercises at your own pace, using a variety of equipment like water weights or floatation belts. Ideal for those with hip, knee, bone & joint issues or other medical conditions. Everyone is welcome.

H2O Leaders is an aquatic leadership program with a variety of aquatic skill development activities, games and leadership activities.
Prerequisite: Star 4 and up. Participants may complete Star 5 & 6 swim levels during this dedicated pool time.
