Swimming is a great way to enhance and maintain cardiovascular health and an activity that can be enjoyed throughout your life.
Lane swims are reserved for members only.
Swim lengths to improve or maintain your cardiovascular health.
Public lane swims are open to members and non-members age 13+.
Rehabilitative exercises at your own pace, using a variety of equipment like water weights or floatation belts. Ideal for those with hip, knee, bone & joint issues or other medical conditions. Everyone is welcome.
Infant - 10 years. The childing minding program gives infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school-age children the chance to play together in supervised play while parents/guardians are in the building.
Single Child Card (8 hours): $30 Family Card - 2 or more children (8 hours): $42 Single Day pass: $5
A fun, active play program that includes circle time, theme-related craft time and an aquatic activity. YMCA staff supervise the transition from land program to the pool.
Pool options are as follows: - Preschool 3-5 includes 30 minute swim lesson - Registration is required.
Enjoy the use of the YMCA gym and equipment during these open periods when facilitated programs are not running. We have great gym facilities and members are welcome to use them.
Build your strength, flexibility, and develop control through the use of stabilization, alignment and breathing techniques. May include the use of equipment to accelerate the development of core strength and proper body alignment. Suitable for all levels.
Low Impact is a lighter group fitness class offering cardio, resistance and stretch exercises. Resistance exercises involve body weight and light dumbbells. This is a multi-level class and is great for someone getting back into exercising, rehabilitation of the knees or back, the senior population, people working out while pregnant or someone just looking for a low intensity workout.
Develop your muscular endurance at your own pace with TRX. This group fitness class delivers a full-body workout by utilizing one's bodyweight and gravity on the TRX Suspension Trainer. TRX will provide you with a fast and effective workout, great for people of all fitness levels.
Zumba® is your ultimate workout dance party featuring easy-to-follow moves coupled with amazing, motivating rhythms. It gives you an interval style workout; fast rhythms to get your heart pumping, combined with slower songs to maintain your heart rate. Great for all levels.
