H2O Leaders is an aquatic leadership program with a variety of aquatic skill development activities, games and leadership activities.
Prerequisite: Star 4 and up. Participants may complete Star 5 & 6 swim levels during this dedicated pool time.

Registration is required. You can register at anytime at your YMCA Health, Fitness and Aquatics membership centre.
Introducing a new time being added for Y Kids! This program will be for children ages 6-12 yrs who are looking to increase their physical activity during the day. This program will be registered and will allow participants to explore sports, games and other activities that will increase their physical health and allow them to connect with other youth in the community.
Enjoy the use of the YMCA gym and equipment during these open periods when facilitated programs are not running. We have great gym facilities and members are welcome to use them.
