Ready to get your health and fitness goals on track? YMCA Right Track is a 6-week nutrition and fitness program included with your YMCA membership, that will hlep you succeed in achieving your health goals. As a participant in YMCA Right Track, you will receive:
- Customized fitness program designed to meet your health goals by a YMCA Fitness Coach
- Lead by a YMCA Fitness Coach, attend the following weekly sessions for 6 weeks: 1-30 minute education, 1-30 minute individualized workout, and 1-45 minute Queenax class.
- Healthy recipes
- One-to-one support from a YMCA Fitness Coach
