Tone your muscles and build your cardio capacity in this choreographed workout with high impact moves and low impact modifications. Cardio Fit may include a variety of movements from different styles of workouts, such as boxing, step, dance, and sports conditioning. Muscle conditioning or abdominal conditioning may be done at the end of the class using a variety of equipment. Suitable for intermediate to advanced exercisers.
