Barre is a dynamic, energizing class that integrates the ballet barre and other equipment to provide a full body stretch and strength workout. No dance background is required!

BOOST will help put a faster, healthier you into motion. This program is focused on those who are looking
to maintain or enhance a healthy weight or lifestyle.

Duration

The BOOST program is 90 days in duration. New exercises will be released on Day 30 and Day 60.
