There are a number of staff members engaged in the Dynamics for Membership Project from across the Association.

The Technology Implementation Team is being led by St. John O'Neill, Senior Regional Manager, Information Technology/Management Systems with Executive Sponsor, Nicki Glowacki., Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, Jim Commerford, President & CEO is on the National Project Steering Committee.

The YMCAHBB Implementation Team is comprised of a diverse group of staff from across all program and service areas: Rhonda Cain, Dan Crawford, Tara Egan, Tim Harms, Heather Himmel, Genevieve Hladysh, Melissa Kelly, Kyla Kumar, Marina Kuyanova, Shawna MacLellan, Christina Martin, Heather Mullen, Krysta Ozinga-Krupica, Erin Shewfelt, Kate Walton.
