The Hamilton Downtown Family YMCA Residence for male students/men has 172 single accommodation, furnished rooms available for short-term rental.

YMCA Residence will be 100% SMOKE FREE as of June 14th, 2010.
To ensure the quality of air and the safety of residents the YMCA will go smoke free as of June 14, 2010. The Hamilton Downtown Family YMCA is committed to supporting and promoting everyone's health and safety and will no longer permit smoking in the residence rooms.
We understand that this will be a difficult transition and we want to make it as easy as possible. Staff are available to help answer any questions residents might have and are available to offer onsite support in the quiting process if residents choose. The YMCA has also provided residents with a resource package to aid in this difficult process.
