Changing/Adding Camp Weeks

Change of Status form is now available

Change of Status Form

If you have already registered for camp, but wish to: add additional weeks of camp; change a week that your child is currently registered for; or change/update personal information - please complete the Change of Status Form and return it to your local YMCA.  The form can be typed into for your convenience and easy readability. Note: If submitting form electronically, by typing your name into the singature line, you are authorizing the changes to be made.
