2012/2013 School Age Child Care Registration

Public Registration will begin on Wednesday June 6^th, 2012.  Forms will be available online starting June 1^st, 2012.  For specific registration times, please contact your School Age Child Care office. 

If you’re interested in the 2011/2012 school year, please contact your School Age Child Care office and we will email you a registration package!

Does your child have an Anaphylaxis Allergy?  Please complete the following TWO forms and attach them with your registration package.

(Note: Change of Status form requires legal sized paper)

Note regarding changes:
SACC requires two weeks notice from the day the Change of Status form is received in the SACC office.
