In Motion (formerly Total Bone and Joint Health Program)

This exercise and education program is designed for individuals suffering from chronic joint or bone issues such as osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Program requires an intake appointment with a Wellness Coach. Please contact our membership desk for more details.

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday	5:30 am - 10:00 pm
Saturday	7:00 am - 8:00 pm
Sunday	8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Holiday Hours	8:00 am - 5:00 pm
