This exercise and education program is designed for individuals suffering from chronic joint or bone issues such as osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Program requires an intake appointment with a Wellness Coach. Please contact our membership desk for more details.
The YMCA in partnership with the Grand River Community Health Centre and Glaxo Kline Smith- Priisme Program are delivering an exercise and education program for individuals with COPD. For referrals please visit www.grandriverchc.ca
