The Hamilton Downtown Family YMCA Residence for male students/men has 174 rooms. All rooms are furnished with a bed, dresser, chair and a closet. We supply bed linens and towels. The YMCA is a smoke-free facility.

Room rental includes: shared bathroom facilities, access control, housekeeping service, access to coffee shop, coin-operated laundry facilities and health, fitness and recreational facilities on site(membership rates apply).
