Sharing the FUNdamentals

In our Fundamentals program at Chippewa Specialty, William and Laura lead 20 brave campers through a fun week of hiking, “no-trace” campfire building, outdoor cooking and an exciting OVERNIGHT stay at camp!

Fundamentals campers are 10-13 years old, and can come to camp with lots of previous camping experience or none at all. Being a “Fundy” is a unique experience for campers who want to taste the true outdoors!

Congratulations to Sebastian from Canoe Camp for winning the “Animal Antics” costume contest last week! It was the best cow costume I’ve ever seen! Next week’s theme is “Beach Bonanza” and I can’t wait to see the creative ideas!

WAY-TO-GO William for being crowned the “Counsellor of the Week” in week 3! One of his nominations read: “I nominate Will because he used his break time to set-up an amazing compass scavenger hunt for the Fundys!”
